Charma Skounti

Chama is a junior associate at the CLIR Fenchurch. She primarily advises on insurance litigation, with a particular focus on complex disputes involving multi-jurisdictional aspects.

Prior to joining the firm, she completed several internships in both French and international law firms, as well as within the legal department of a CAC 40-listed international group.

She began her practice at the Insurance Litigation Department of an international law firm after her admission to the Paris Bar in February 2026.

Chama holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Université de Rennes and a University Diploma in common law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

She is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Amazigh and Arabic.
