Joséphine Brenet is an associate specialising in coverage disputes, her practice focuses on insurance and commercial pre-litigation and litigation.
Joséphine regularly assists policyholders with insurance policy analysis, appointment of technical experts or loss adjusters, and negotiations on coverage as well as coverage disputes. She works with policyholders in various lines of business in the insurance sector, such as property damage, D&O, product recall and liability, professional liability, business interruption and construction.
Prior to CLIR Fenchurch, Joséphine worked as a commercial litigation and insurance lawyer at a UK law firm in Paris. She represented insurers and their policyholders in home insurance claims for private clients, and in claims concerning product liability, civil liability, construction and personal injury.
She has also worked as an intern in several leading French and international law firms, as well as in international insurance companies as a financial lines underwriter.
