Çağlar Kaçar

Çağlar is the Managing Partner of Fenchurch Law Türkiye, leading the firm’s expansion across the Turkic and Balkan regions.

He has extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector, with a practice focused on supporting brokers and representing policyholders. He began his career as in-house counsel at Marsh in Istanbul, gaining first-hand insight into the challenges faced by insurance intermediaries and insureds. He went on to establish his own firm, providing specialist services to the insurance broker community and building a reputation for his expertise in regulatory, compliance, and contractual matters.

Today, Çağlar advises both global and local brokers, helping to standardise market documentation, navigate complex regulatory environments, and resolve high-value coverage disputes. His work is defined by a pro-policyholder approach, deep sector knowledge, and a commitment to securing fair outcomes for insureds.
