In this session, we will discuss common coverage issues that arise for financial institution policyholders:
- Daniel Robin (Deputy Managing Partner) will discuss issues such as restitution and how to circumvent exclusions under crime, PI and D&O policies; and
- Chris Ives (Partner, Head of FI Sector), will discuss the specific coverage issues arising out of the FCA’s motor finance redress scheme.

Daniel Robin
Deputy Managing Partner
Daniel is Fenchurch Law’s Deputy Managing Partner. He acts for a number of leading national and multi-national organisations, and has acted for Policyholders in a number of high-profile cases in the Commercial Court. He specialises in advising policyholders on professional indemnity and property risks and uses his experience of nearly a decade working in and acting for the London insurance market to assist policyholders in achieving the best possible outcome in their insurance disputes.

Partner
Chris is a Partner who leads the Financial Institutions practice group. He is an experienced insurance disputes lawyer, who specialises in resolving complex and high value claims for corporate policyholder clients across a range of different risks.
