As a Trainee Solicitor at Fenchurch Law, Pawinder is building her legal career at a firm that specialises exclusively in policyholder insurance disputes — an area known for its complexity, technical nuance, and real-world impact. 

Having graduated with an LLB from University College London (UCL), she joined Fenchurch Law where she has been actively involved in supporting new client enquiries and assisting in the development of legal strategies. Working closely with solicitors and partners, she has played a key role in analysing coverage issues, helping to draft persuasive arguments, and ensuring clients receive clear, commercially focused advice. 
 
Pawinder has a particular skill for identifying gaps in legal arguments and strengthening cases by approaching them from multiple perspectives — a strength that has proven valuable in both the early stages of enquiry and during in-depth case analysis.
