Morten is the Managing Partner of Fenchurch Law Scandinavia, responsible for managing the firm’s presence in the Scandinavian market. For the last twenty years, Morten’s focus has been on complex, high-value Financial Lines, Construction and international/cross-border insurance litigation.

Morten has over thirty years of experience working for the insurance industry within all sectors, including acting as the Assistant District Attorney for the Danish Prosecutor on white collar crime. Before starting Fenchurch Law Denmark Morten had a successful career at Kennedys, taking on the role of Managing Partner for their Copenhagen office and later becoming a Co-Managing Partner for the entire EMEA region.
